They didn't last too long as I had the camera in my loft, to monitor mice movement. (Can't understand why they sell a battery camera with non-rechargeable batteries.) The batteries, 12 of, that I bought were a bit hit-or-miss, but I did get 8 that worked regularly. The camera worked for about 6 weeks on the original batteries before they failed and I had to buy rechargeable batteries to continue using the camera. The batteries were the dark black sort that come with new Reolink cameras. All of the contents were in factory sealed polythene bags. When it was delivered, I noticed that everything was brand new. It was not cheap, but I did save about £10 on the normal price. I bought a Reolink Argus from a guy on Ebay. REOLINK CAMERA (Be very careful who you buy from.) Thank you to who ever delt with this a real credit to your company. Fully brilliant from start to finish and more than worthy of a five star review.

This company went beyond brilliant I thought when the system camera went down and the company being over sea,s it was going to be a headache. Now this is how you find how good a product is when things go wrong. The camera was now functioning fully and everything is totally brilliant with the system. I can do things with the system that took an hour before like wanting to back up something caught on Camera in no time at all. Followed the instructions as she said system rebooted and WOW new software too.

The lady sent me Via Email the link to the firmware I needed and step by step on how to do it.

So replied via Email again about 5am " This is an area I don't like messing with firmware" which is not that I'm not a confident person but Firmware if it plays up whilst you install can be a real Nightmare. 10 minutes later reply came " Do you know your firmware is well behind and this is why the system does not understand the new Camera fully" logical. Reply came back about 10 minutes " Do you mind taking a picture of your system page and firmware version on your NVR" sent via email. Asked me to send a screenshot of what was happening which was sent. Recontacted Reolink via Email ( in the early hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep) with in about 15 mins ping my email notification went of with a reply.

Re fitted on to my system everything looked fine then for some reason not known to me the camera would not play back full screen. The Camera for my system was not in stock so lady said no problem we will send you the next model up which was delivered really fast. Was then passed to a lady that said no problem we will replace the camera as it was still under guarantee which was 2 years not the 1 most companies give you and still don't honour. Contaced customer service they went through the checks I'd already tested but of course they have to check that you have tried everything. Turned out camera was dead now this is the bit you find out how good a product is. Bought a 4k 8 channel NVR System every thing was working fine then one of the cameras went of line.
